Code, Cowork and Design are not three castles you live in. They are three modes you move between as a project matures — the same way a good team moves between a whiteboard, a design tool and an IDE without treating any of them as "the real work". A referral program is discussed in Cowork, sketched in Design, built in Code, and its history goes back to Cowork so the next teammate does not restart from zero. Learning the transitions is what turns three separate tools into one coherent workflow.
