Skill goal
produce a first, real design canvas from a plain-language brief and iterate to a finished draft

In one picture

The first time a good designer sits with you, they do not ask you to describe the whole page in words. They open a blank canvas, place two rough shapes for the hero and the CTA, and say: "start here — is this the right direction?" That single, cheap first pass unlocks all the useful conversation that follows. Your job in a first Design canvas is exactly this: give Claude enough context to place those first rough shapes, resist the urge to over-specify, and treat the first draft as a starting point you will then move and reshape into something real.
