NorthPeak has two clean tables: one row per machine in machines.csv, one row per machine per day in readings.csv. A model needs one table. Today you build it. You join the two files, add the machine age, encode the type, and create four columns that compare each reading with the machine's own past. You save the result as data/features.csv. Every week from now on reads this file. Build it exactly as described, so your numbers match the course.
