Goal

A NorthPeak site supervisor wants to look at one machine without opening a CSV. You build the first page of the diagnostic app: a dropdown to pick a machine, a Plotly chart of its temperature and vibration over 2025, and the table of its incidents. You write the logic as three small functions with no Streamlit inside, so you can test them from Python before you open the browser.
