On January 14 the teacher grades every project with the same 100-point rubric. Today you use it on a classmate's plan, and a classmate uses it on yours. You learn two things at once: how your own plan reads to someone else, and how a grader thinks. A review is useful only if every score has evidence: a line, a number, a command you ran. "Looks fine" is not evidence.
