Goal

NorthPeak receives technician notes as free text. Someone then types the category, the severity and the part into the database by hand. You will make the model do that reading: from one description to a validated object {category, severity, part}. Then you will run it on the first 10 incidents and compare with the true columns. You will find that one field is easy and one is not.
