Goal

The plant manager read your Exercise 2 report: "93 % of alarms are real, but one fault in three is missed". She asks: can we miss fewer? You do not touch the model. You move the threshold, one step at a time, and print a line per step: the four cells, precision, recall, F1, and a cost in dollars. Then you try class_weight="balanced", find the cheapest threshold, and draw two plots.
