Goal

A technician types a question. Your program retrieves three chunks from Chroma, puts them in a prompt with strict rules, and lets llama3.2 answer. The answer must cite the manual it used, in brackets. When the manuals do not contain the answer, the program must say "I don't know" instead of inventing. You will test it on two answerable questions and one that the manuals cannot answer.
