You will build
a rules file prometheus/regles/pratique-alertes.yml with three new alerts (InscriptionsEnPanne, TropDeRequetesEnCours, InscriptionsAbsentes), declared in rule_files, checked with promtool, hot-reloaded; each alert fired by a kit failure (casser disque, casser api, casser lenteur), followed from pending to firing in Prometheus, through Alertmanager, through to the webhook; a silence created via the API, observed, then lifted; then everything put back to the original state
Deliverable
the three firing then resolved notifications in http://localhost:8090/alertes.json, the silence JSON in the active then expired state, and /api/v1/rules back to its five original groups
